» Candidates when get registered, are treated as a member of the institute. He or she is allocated an ID Card which must be produced when asked.

» The membership ceases with completion of the concerned batch, in which he or she is registered.

» The membership can neither be transferred nor extended to any other batch, however, the right to extension is reserved with the Chief Consultant cum Chairman of the institute, in exceptional cases.

» Fee once paid, will not be refunded under any circumstances. Therefore, no such request will be entertained.

» Accepting or rejecting an application for membership to the institute is sole discretion of the management. In case of any dispute between New Delhi IAS and member, the courts at Delhi only; will have exclusive jurisdiction.
